Our Management Development Programme consists of four half day workshops, held at our beautiful training venue in Romsey, Hampshire. Each module runs from 9.00am – 12.30pm. This is an excellent programme for new managers or for those wanting to brush up on their management skills.
Run by our excellent trainer, Jane Michel, this insightful and engaging programme will enable you to:
- benefit from training designed to help you succeed in your day-to-day role
- get practical skills and techniques for dealing with situations as they happen
- use learning and development tools, proven models and learn from the real life experiences of others in the room
- develop the key skills needed to achieve optimum results from your daily interactions with others
Described by attendees as an “engaging, interactive and collaborative learning environment” the Management Development Programme provides an opportunity to share experiences, gain essential and practical tools and techniques whilst developing, strengthening and flexing your mentoring and management style.
