With over 20 years’ experience dealing with high level HR challenges across a wide range of sectors, Becky HR experience and employment law knowledge is expansive. Becky is MCIPD qualified, an accredited mediator and counsellor. As co-owner of Emphasis Ltd Becky and Jane have been working together for 17 years to create a strong team of HR Consultants. Becky enjoys the variety of challenges of an ever-changing employment law landscape and works with businesses to obtain the most practical, commercial and equitable outcome.

Rachel is a highly experienced Senior HR Consultant, with extensive employment law knowledge, providing jargon free and commercial HR advice. Rachel prides herself on her ability to seek calmness in a storm, nipping problems in the bud before they become full blown nightmares. She listens carefully, rapidly understands issues and quickly follows up with clear analysis of situations with succinct options and routes to available solutions.

Katherine Revels
Katherine is experienced within both Training and HR. She is highly motivated in completing work to an excellent standard; loves building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues; can balance multiple projects with ease and is organised and efficient. Her main goal focuses on creating meaningful differences to people’s work lives. Katherine is currently studying her Master’s in Human Resource Management at Solent University to further her knowledge and has previously completed the Level 3 CIPD certificate in HR.

Experienced HR professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in variety of industries including Financial Services, Hospitality, Public Sector and Manufacturing. Mel has a background in recruitment and training, and has a passion for understanding, coaching and developing people. She has extensive Generalist HR experience and will take the time to understand different business requirements; working in partnership with you to find creative and effective solutions to people issues . She brings passion and energy to her work; exceeding client expectations and helping organisations to thrive.

Amy’s role is interesting and varied, from accounts, including invoicing, processing direct debits and reconciling accounts, to day to day admin and interacting with our clients in a friendly and professional manner.

With more than 15 years of Learning and Development experience, Stephen works across a wide variety of industries and disciplines. He is inspired to help individuals and groups effect positive change, achieve success or to overcome barriers. By creating effective relationships he achieves a balance of support and challenge, enabling his clients to gain new perspectives and achieve their aspirations.

Stephen works with individuals, teams and organisations and regularly joins the Emphasis team for training, workshops and webinars.
